The client needed their lower unit overhauled to make it ready as a rental unit.  Scope of work included: Painting, changing light fixtures, patching drywall, LVP flooring in the kitchen, removing old carpet to restore the hardwood floors underneath, installing carpet in both bedrooms, and refacing the tub and sink.
